HR Manager (Full Time)

Job Description

  • To manage, supervise and lead HR/Admin/GA Department and overseeing a full spectrum of the department needs on daily basis.
  • Ensure that all activities relating to the HR functions comply with legal requirements and relevant Employment Act.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, employee benefits/welfare, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll & verification on attendance.
  • To help and guide subordinates to solve any problems encountered or provide solutions to the problem.
  • To administer staff training enrollment and assist in coordination of training related matters.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure circulars / memos issued pertaining to issues to employees.
  • Handle employee counselling, grievance, disciplinary matters, and domestic inquiries for misconduct and follow through termination procedure for non-performing cases.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Liaising with external parties, all Government Department and Local authorities in matters related to employment and worker welfare.
  • Ensure the yearly performance evaluation; appraisal and job grading are processed with the deadline.
  • Ensure HR roles in organization stays value added and play as an important business partner in supporting the growth or changes of the business.
  • Collaborate with Management to enable organization change and increase employee engagement and capability.
  • Oversee manpower planning and recruitment include worker hiring and management.
  • Ensure departmental objectives are met.
  • Participate in any special projects / programs as & when assigned by Company.
  • Build company profile, HR handbook & company organization chart.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management.
  • Organize company events including internal and external events

Job Requirement:

  1. Degree/Master in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 7-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Adequate knowledge or Malaysian Labor law and practice is necessary.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to all levels and leadership skills.
  5. Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
