Raja Hamzah is currently the Head of Business Development in Rasma Corporation, a boutique M&E (mechanical and electrical) engineering services firm based in Malaysia. Hamzah joined Rasma in 2015. In his current role, he focuses on building and developing partnerships with government-linked companies, listed and private corporates and local authorities. Rasma is currently a partner with MRCB for the RM1.6bn Bukit Jalil sports redevelopment project and is pursuing various opportunities across the construction, property development and engineering services space.

Lionel is the Director of Operations of Mah Sing Group, the largest non-GLC property developer in Malaysia. Mah Sing has 46 residential and commercial development projects spanning across the country, with an existing GDV of RM49bn.

Jo Jo started her career at Nirvana Asia, the largest integrated death care service provider in Asia, where she was overseeing the group’s regional expansion plans and operations in Malaysia, China and Singapore. In her role as director at KHK Development, Jo Jo managed the development of JV residential projects in Australia, including a luxury residential tower in Melbourne’s central business district and luxury apartments in the city’s Ivanhoe suburb.

Marlon Sanchez is Head of Global Prime Finance Distribution, Asia Pacific, at Deutsche Bank. Marlon started his career in 1994 at Morgan Stanley, working in debt capital markets origination. He focused on US / Euro medium-term notes for banks and corporates from 1994 through the summer of 1996. He moved to Hong Kong where he joined equity capital markets at Morgan Stanley in 1996, focusing on convertible bond origination. He started business school in 1998 at the Wharton School, where he graduated in May 2000 with an MBA degree and a specialisation in emerging capital markets.

Francesco is Senior Vice President with DE Shaw, a global investment and technology development firm with more than $40 billion in investment capital, and offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. Francesco is responsible for Asia Pacific Equity Linked portfolio and is a Responsible officer for the HK office. Prior to the role, Francesco was the CEO of DE Shaw India and the Head of Brokerage, Proprietary Trading and New Business departments. Francesco has been with DE Shaw for the last 16 years.

He received his Masters of Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and Bachelor of Economics from Bocconi University.
